Suggest for Recurrence 

Check availability for the returned caregivers in the Suggested Caregivers grid for all open schedules created from the same master recurring schedule for a specified number of weeks forward and limit the results to only caregivers who are available for all of the open schedules.

Suggest for Authorization 

Check availability for the returned caregivers in the Suggested Caregivers grid for all open schedules created from the same Contract (Authorization) for a specified number of weeks forward and limit the results to only caregivers who are available for all of the open schedules.

Fill all Open Schedules with Selected Caregiver

Fill all schedules that are missing a caregiver that were created from the same Contract (Authorization) with the currently selected caregiver in the Suggested Caregivers grid, for a specified number of weeks forward.

Options

Change Filters

Change the suggestion filter options to change the caregivers that will be returned in the grid.

Show

Calculate Distance

Calculate distance and travel time from the checked caregivers' home or previous schedule to the location of this schedule. Distance and travel values will be automatically calculated if possible using HomeTrak's Trip directions service.

Once distance and travel has been calculated, the results will be displayed in the distance and travel columns within the Suggested Caregivers grid.

Map Highlighted Caregiver

Show the selected Caregiver's home address on a map.

Toggle Unavailable

Show or hide unavailable results in the Suggested Caregivers grid.

Pending Caregiver Options

Send Checked Caregivers the Schedule

Add all of the checked caregivers to the list of Pending Caregivers for this schedule and also automatically send out an email informing the caregivers of an available schedule.

NOTE: You must have the email capabilities setup in HomeTrak Companion to fully utilize this feature. The content and amount of detailed schedule information included in the sent emails can be configured in the Agency Office Module, Systems Overrides tool, Settings option.  The emails will always include the Event ID of the schedule, which you can use in the Quick Schedule Edit feature on the Schedule Review and Calendar Modules to quickly find and edit this schedule when the caregiver responds to the offer.

NOTE: If your database is hosted on HomeTrak's cloud servers and you have SMS/Texting enabled, if any of your caregivers that you are sending the schedule to have a cell phone listed on their profile, they will also receive at text message indicating the available schedule.

Add Checked Caregivers as Pending

Add all of the checked caregivers to the list of Pending Caregivers for this schedule.

If you are trying to fill an open schedule, the Pending Caregiver feature allows you to easily save a list of appropriate available caregivers for this schedule and keep track of how and when caregivers have been contacted to offer the schedule, and which caregivers accept or reject the schedule.
