These instructions are for configuring EzClaim Premier EZClaim Premier to import Patient and Claim information from HomeTrak Companion.

  1. In order to import data from HomeTrak Companion into EzClaim Premier EZClaim Premier we need to configure and activate the EzClaim Import EZClaim Import Version 2 interface. First off, you are going to need to obtain an Activation Code from EzClaimEZClaim . Contact EzClaim Support EZClaim Support or send an email to support@ezclaim.com to and request an "EzClaim Import EZClaim Import Version 2 activation code"

  2. From the main EzClaim Premier EZClaim Premier window, navigate to Home → Libraries →Interface.
  3. Select EzClaim EZClaim Import Ver 2 from the list of interfaces and enter your given Activation Code.
  4. Set your Import Directory to where you want EzClaim Premier EZClaim Premier to monitor for files to import. You need to specify this same path in the EzClaim EZClaim setup screen in HomeTrak Companion.
  5. The configuration is complete. Now proceed to complete your EzClaim setup EZClaim setup within HomeTrak Companion or perform your first export!

Once you've completed your first export from HomeTrak Companion, click on Home → Review Incoming in EzClaim Premier EZClaim Premier to see a list of files available for import. From this screen you can review the files prior to importing them into EzClaim PremierEZClaim Premier.
