Adding a Schedule
There are numerous ways to get to the Setup a Schedule screen from any Caregiver Employer or Client Participant Calendar, or from the Daily Schedules Module:

Who will be involved: A schedule must have a Client an Employer to be created. (To create a non-visit schedule, use the Office as the Client.) You may also enter a Caregiver Participant for this schedule, but this is not necessary to complete the schedule set up.

Who authorized this schedule: Choose the Authorization Job Detail (ContactContract) for the Schedule. The Authorization Job Detail is required information to create a schedule, and will dictate both the type of work and who is to be billed for the schedule.job description and skills required. 

Additional Information: You may also attach a Note, a Notice , Attributes or Extra Charges to a scheduleor attributes.

  • Click Save.

Now you will be able to see the schedule in the calendars or Daily Schedules Module.
