The Client Care Plan Report consolidates all Client information relevant to the Client's Plan of Care.

- Include Care Plan Notes: Check the box to include any Care Plan Notes you've entered on the client's Care Plan.
- Profile Notes: Check the box to include notes written in the Profile Section of the Care Plan.
- Duties - Show Duty Notes Below: Check the box to have all Duty Notes appear at the bottom of the Duties to Perform section of the Care Plan. Uncheck the box to have Duty Notes appear directly beneath the related duty.
Signature Options:
- Client Signature: Check the box to include one signature line for the Client on the report.
- Caregiver, Doctor, Nurse and Supervisor Signature(s): Located in the Conditions section of the Report Options window (lower left column). Choose the number of signature lines you want on the report for each of these people. To disable a signature, enter 0 (zero) for the number of signature lines to include.
