This tab contains the tools to calculate your billing from finalized schedules.

Calculate Billing

Calculate billing for the selected schedules.

View Calculated Billing Tab

Review your calculated billing and make any corrections or adjustments before posting and exporting your billing. It is recommended to review your calculated billing carefully for errors or mistakes before posting.

Invoice Pre-Post

Preview invoices for the records in the grid before posting.

Billing Report

Run a report detailing selected billing information. (This report is also available under the View Posted Billing tab.)

Consolidated

Run a report that summarizes billing hours and units by payer/client and bill rate. (This report is also available under the View Posted Billing tab.)

Post Billing

Post the checked billing records in the grid. Posting finalizes the records, creates and assigns invoice numbers and marks the records as completed. Billing records must be posted before you can print invoices or export your billing to an external billing package.

Un-Calculate

Un-calculate all checked records from the grid. Un-calculating a record will delete all records associated with the schedule and reset the schedule status to indicate that billing has not been calculated. If any of the records tied to a particular schedule are posted, then no records tied to that schedule can be cleared.

Print the selected Invoices using the custom layout (configured in the Agency Office Module, Optional tab). If there is no custom layout defined, this is the same as the standard Invoice.

View Posted Billing Tab

View your previously posted billing.

Billing Report

Run a report detailing selected billing information. (This report is also available under the View Calculated Billing tab.)

Un-Post Billing

Un-post the checked records from the grid.

External Package A[-C] Tab

This tab contains a copy of the posted billing grid that also incorporates the “External A” external IDs in the available grid columns. You can customize the grid columns and export the grid contents to additional external billing packages that can import data from an Excel or .csv file.

HomeTrak Companion provides three such generic external package options (A, B, C). This tab is only visible if External A is selected as an external billing package in the Agency Office Module setup.
