CaregiversParticipants | These are the people who will visit clientsreceive services you provide. They will fill the jobs required from the Employers. | |
Office Staff | These are the people who work in your office. | |
Organizations | These are the companies that you knowhope to turn into Active Employers, they are Potential employers. They may also be companies that send you business (Referral Sources), or companies that you have other dealings with. | |
Payers | These are the companies that you are going to bill, such as Insurance companies or State agencies. | |
Contacts | These are individual people that you know, who are not associated with an Organization. |

Emergency Contacts | These are the primary contact individuals if there is an emergency or other incident with a Client Participant or CaregiverEmployer. | ||||
Individuals | These are other individuals (such as family members or medical care providers) related to a person. | ||||
Organization (Associated With) | These are organizations related to the person (such as a facility that a Client Participant lives in). | ||||
Possible Payers | These are the people or organizations who will be paying for the services for a particular Client. | ||||
Managers | These are the Office Staff employees responsible for managing a particular Client Participant or Caregiver. | Caregiver Compatibility | These are the Caregivers that your Client likes or dislikes. (Added to Clients only)Employer. |
To add a new relationship to a person or organization, select the person or organization in the appropriate module, click on the HomePage button or tab, then click on the Relationships option. Click the Add button and choose the type of relationship you are adding. Fill in the appropriate data and click Save.
