You can create a stand-alone event (schedule, task or appointment) in a calendar using copy and paste.

Any events created in this manner are considered stand-alone events, even if the original event that was copied was created from a recurrence.

To Copy an event, right click on an event in the Calendar. Click on the "Copy Selected Event" option from the context menu.

To create the copy (paste) of the event on another day, first click on that day in the calendar to select it, then right click on a blank spot in that day to show the context menu and click on "Paste Copied Event(s)" to create the copy.

This will create a duplicate of the copied event on the second day.

Multiple copies of the event can be created over several days by highlighting multiple days in the calendar.

To select a range of dates, click on the first date to select it and then, holding down the SHIFT key, click on a second date to select the entire range of dates between those two dates.

To select multiple specific dates, click on the first date to select it and then while holding the CTRL key click on each additional date to add them to the selection without selecting the entire range between the selected schedules.

Pasting will create a copy of the event on each of the highlighted dates.

You may also use the "Copy Selected Day" and "Copy Selected Week" options to quickly copy a large number of schedules. You may similarly paste into multiple days or weeks at once by selecting multiple dates.

Common Windows Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V keyboard shortcuts can also be used to copy and paste individual events on calendars.
