Schedule Options | ||||||||||
Start of Week | Choose the first day of the billing and payroll week. Calculation of Overtime and any other "Per Week" options (for example: Authorized Hours per Week) will be based on this setting. NOTE: This is a "Per Database" Setting. All offices in a multi-office database must have the same setting. All offices will be updated to the same setting. Changing this option requires the use of a HomeTrak Support password. | |||||||||
Rounding | Choose which Rounding option you would like the system to use when it completes rounding calculations when finalizing schedules. (Used when a Caregiver's Payroll Options or Payer's Billing Options are set to Pay/Bill at Rounded Hours.)

Travel Time and Mileage | ||||||||||
Travel Time Calculation | Choose which Travel Time Calculation option you would like the system to use when it executes Travel Time calculations on applicable schedules:

Max Minutes Between Visits to Pay Travel Time | Enter the maximum number of minutes between visits to be eligible to be paid Travel Time. When populating the number of minutes in this field enter 1 more minute than you want to pay (Example: 2 hours = 120 minutes, so enter 121 minutes). If this field is set to 121 minutes and there is two hours between the end time of one visit and the start time of the next visit it will qualify for travel time. If there is over 2 hours between the end time of one visit and the start time of the next visit, it will not qualify for Travel Time. | |||||||||
Optimal Minutes Between Schedules | Enter the optimal number of minutes between schedules. This information will be used in conjunction with Travel Time and Warnings and Errors; if the time between schedules is less than this threshold, travel time will still be calculated, but the system will not warn about travel time for the second schedule during scheduling. Example: if this option is set to 15 minutes and there is 15 minutes or less between schedules, then the system will not warn you that the schedule is applicable for Travel Time for the caregiver. | |||||||||
Minutes After Last Visit to Qualify as First Visit | Enter the number of minutes that should elapse after the last visit, in order for the next visit to qualify as a first visit. This information will be used by in conjunction with Mileage. | |||||||||
Publish Future Schedules on Non Office Staff Calendar | ||||||||||
Having Attribute / or # of Weeks Future | Allow non-office staff users to only see certain schedules on their calendars. Please see the document Controlling how Caregivers and Clients see Future Schedules in HomeTrak Online for more detailed information. |
