Payroll Rates - Copy Payroll Rates for a Caregiver

HomeTrak Companion allows you to copy Payroll Rates from one caregiver to another. This makes it easy to add payroll rates to a new caregiver.

To copy payroll rates to a Caregiver record:

1. Open the Module and select the Caregiver who you want to copy rates to.
2. Click the Scheduling Setup tool and then select the Payroll Rates tool to display the Payroll Rates.
3. Click on the Copy Rates button on the toolbar. This opens a dialog window allowing you to choose the caregiver who you want to copy from.
4. Select the desired caregiver and click OK. Any existing payroll rates for this caregiver are copied and attached to the current caregiver.
