Find a Caregiver's Telephony ID

A Caregiver's Telephony ID number is the same as the ID number on their profile.

Choose the Caregiver in the Module. Click the Homepage tool and select their Profile.

The ID number is the top center of the profile screen. This ID number is automatically included on the Instruction Card report generated for the caregiver.
