Billing Rates - Copy Billing Rates for a Client or Payer

HomeTrak Companion allows you to copy Billing Rates from one client or payer to another. This makes it easy to add billing rates to a new client or payer.

To copy billing rates to a Client or Payer record:

1. Open the Module and select the Client or Payer who you want to copy rates to.
2. Click on the Scheduling Setup tool and then select the Billing Rates tool to display the Billing Rates.
3. Click on the Copy Rates button on the toolbar. This opens a dialog window allowing you to choose the client or payer whose rates you want to copy. NOTE: Use the Scenario button in this window to choose from the list of clients or payers to copy from.
4. Select the desired client or payer and click OK. Any existing billing rates for this client or payer are copied and attached to the current client.
