Hours Outside of Rate Package Standard HoursThe length of the schedule falls outside of a standard hours range for the selected rate package. Billing or Payroll rate adjustments may apply.
No Authorization SelectedNo Contract (Authorization) has been selected. An active authorization must be selected to save the schedule.
Over Authorized HoursThe client has been scheduled more than the maximum hours authorized for this period.
Caregiver
Caregiver Daily OvertimeThe caregiver will have overtime calculated on this day when payroll is processed.
Caregiver does not have Holiday CoverageThe date of the schedule falls on a holiday, and the caregiver's holiday coverage option on their profile is not checked.
Caregiver End Bumper ConflictThe time between the end of this schedule and the start of the next schedule for this caregiver is less than the 'Bumper Minutes' setting in Date/Time Settings in the Agency Office Module.
