Using Data Grids in HomeTrak Online

HomeTrak Online provides several data grids to present detailed information to the user. These grids are easy to use and can present large amounts of data in an easy to read format.

Viewing and Filtering Data

To view data in a grid, first verify any applicable filtering information (e.g. date ranges for the data) by clicking on the Filters button. After you have confirmed the correct filters, click on the View Data button to display information in the grid.

Grouping and Sorting Data

To sort the grid data, click on a column header to sort the grid by that column. Additional clicks will change the sort from ascending order to descending order, and remove the sort from that column.

The grid data can also be grouped on certain columns. To group the data in the grid, click and drag a column header into the area at the top of the grid to group on values in that column. You may group on multiple columns.
