Care Plan Template Customization

Creating your personal template for the Care Plan is located in User Defined.  From the Main Module select User Defined from the "Setup" drop down located in the top right corner. 

Once you have navigated to User Defined, you will want to select the options in the Care Plan tab and you will work your way through whatever options you want to set up. 

Home / Health Evaluation: This area is going to relate to the narrative component of the Care Plan. It is divided up into two sections: Category and Items.

Category: These will be the headings or the descriptors

Items: These will be the specific identifiers in relation to the Categories.

First you will create your categories by clicking on the Add button and free typing in the Description field and if you wish you may assign an image from our image library by clicking on the magnifying glass in the Image field.

Duties to Perform: This area is going to relate to the task component of the Care Plan, or the options that you want your Caregivers to perform while looking after the client.  It is also divided up into two sections and they are designed exactly the same as above with a Category and an Items tab.
