What do the Schedule Status Mean?

Schedule StatusDescription of Schedule Status
No ActualThese schedules need actual hours and finalized before they show in billing or payroll.
ActualizedThese schedules are ready to be finalized. They will not show in billing and/or payroll.
FinalizedThese schedule are ready for billing and/or payroll.
Billing CalculatedThese schedules billing has been calculated but they have not been posted yet.
Billing PostedThese schedules billing has been completed waiting to be processed in payroll.
Payroll CalculatedThese schedules payroll has been calculated but they have not been posted yet.
Payroll Posted

These schedules payroll has been completed waiting to be processed in billing.

CancelledThese schedules will not show in payroll or billing.
Cancelled, ActualizedThese schedules will not show in payroll or billing. The schedule was Actualized then Cancelled.
Cancelled, FinalizedThese schedules will no show in payroll or billing. The schedule was Finalized then Cancelled.
Complete (No Bill, No Pay)These schedules will not show in either billing or payroll (vacation or time off).
Complete Billing (No Pay)

These schedules are Bill Only, billing has been completed no payroll to process.

Complete Payroll (No Billing)These schedules are Pay Only, payroll has been completed no billing to process.
Completely PostedBoth billing and payroll have been processed and completed.
