You can create a stand-alone event (schedule, task or appointment) in a calendar using copy and paste.
NOTE: Any events created in this manner are considered stand-alone events, even if the original event that was copied was created from a recurrence.

Pre-Requisite in order to Paste: You must have an event added to the Calendar.

Go to a Calendar Module.

Right click on an event in the Calendar. Click on the Copy Selected Event option from the context menu.

THEN. . .

  • Paste the event on a single day: select the day that you want paste the event; right-click and select Paste Copied Event from the context menu.
  • Paste the event on multiple days: select the days that you want to paste the event by holding down the Ctrl key on your keypad while clicking. Then right-click and select Paste Copied Event from the context menu.
  • Paste the event into a range of days: click on the first day of the range and while holding down the Shift key, move to the last day of the range that you want to paste the copied event. Your range will be highlighted; right click your mouse and select Paste Copied Event from the context menu.

Common Windows Ctrl-C and Ctrl-V shortcuts can also be used to copy and paste events on calendars.
