A Case Note is any type of event you need to record and report on. Documented Events Case Notes can play two roles:
- for documenting significant events (good or bad) involving Employers and/or Participants, and
- as a marketing tool to document the minutes of a meeting or conversation with referral sources.
A Case Note will appear in the profiles of all parties involved. You can run robust reports on case notes.
