You can use the Screen Reports Module to validate that your clients employers and caregivers participants are not missing important required information on their profiles. Some demographic information can be verified by looking for blank values in the Demographics screen report. Other missing items may be found by using the grid feature "Show missing information", which allows you to see those people that have no items of a particular category attached to them.

EXAMPLE: All caregivers must have current First Aid Certification in order to be scheduled. Use the Required Dates screen report to see which caregivers' certifications are expired. Then use the Missing Information feature of this report to see if any caregivers are missing this required date completely.
To see which Active Caregivers are missing the required First Aid Certification:
Filter the list of caregivers in the Find Area based on an Active status. (If only certain types of caregivers require the certification, you can always narrow the list further by also filtering for specific caregiver categories or classifications.)Select the Required Dates screen report from the ribbon.Click the Missing button on the grid toolbar to show caregivers who are missing particular required dates categories.Use the standard grid grouping or filtering tools on the "Not Having" column to view only those caregivers who are missing the required date category "First Aid Certification" (i.e. they never had a required date for First Aid Certification added to their profile).
