These instructions are for configuring EZClaim Premier to import Patient and Claim information from HomeTrak Companion.

  1. In order to import data from HomeTrak Companion into EZClaim Premier we need to configure and activate the EZClaim Import Version 2 interface. First off, you are going to need to obtain an Activation Code from EZClaim . Contact EZClaim Support or send an email to support@ezclaim.com to and request an "EZClaim Import Version 2 activation code"

  2. From the main EZClaim Premier window, navigate to Home → Libraries →Interface.
  3. Select EZClaim Import Ver 2 from the list of interfaces and enter your given Activation Code.
  4. Set your Import Directory to where you want EZClaim Premier to monitor for files to import. You need to specify this same path in the EZClaim setup screen in HomeTrak Companion. Also, verify that the Update Patient Demographics checkbox is enabled.
  5. The configuration is complete. Now proceed to complete your EZClaim setup within HomeTrak Companion or perform your first export!
