First you will create your categories by clicking on the Add button and free typing in the Description field and if you wish you may assign and an image from our image library by clicking on the magnifying glass in the Image Field.Image Removed field.

Duties to Perform: This area is going to relate to the task component of the Care Plan, or the options that you want your Caregivers to perform while looking after the client.  It is also divided up into two sections and they are designed exactly the same as above with a Category and an Items tab.
