Find Area/Filtering updates and improvements:
Significant performance improvements across the board and additional improvements to specific scenarios
“By Batch” scenarios in Billing Module – Export and Invoices tab and Payroll Module – Export and Pay Stubs tab show only the Payers or Caregivers with records in the selected batch
Filtering by Manager no longer returns people where that manager relationship is no longer active.
Changing the grouping options for the tree view now shows people or organizations without the thing you’re grouping on under a “(No Group)” node.
Added Skills, Languages and Classifications to Advanced Filter
New combined Caregivers and Office Staff scenarios in Human Resources and Payroll modules.
Calculate Payroll Scenarios were simply showing All Caregivers or Office Staff people in the system. This is now limited down to just people with Finalized schedules that are not posted in payroll or Completed to show only relevant people.
Fixed several cases of switching directly between similar scenarios (e.g. “This Week”, “Next Week”, “1 Month” versions of “Clients with Schedules”) not properly refreshing the list.

Automatically calculate credited pay hours (i.e. sick time)
Maximize authorized hours in finalize

Adding Referral information when adding a new person will now automatically also create the referral person/organization if the entered name does not already exist.
Quick Clone feature for Holidays
Call Type (Service) code is no longer restricted to 4 digits unless your Telephony setup indicates that Caregivers enter Call Type codes.
Calculate tools on Agency Office module Achievements toolbar.
Bug Fixes
Features:
Hiding “Messaging” as a feature still allowed the notification pop up indicating unread messages to show up. This now checks against Features to decide whether to show this pop up. (Security would properly indicate “Restricted Option” if the user didn’t have permission to view Messaging.
“Hide Features” didn’t remove tabs from the Relationship Management Module properly when Security Levels were also applied that would have otherwise allowed access to that tab.
Find Area/Filtering:
Fixed a case where the Date Range filter could disappear from the reporting modules if you closed the module and re-opened it.
Fixed an issue with using the Advanced Filter on a column that had been added to a grid using the Additional Columns advanced feature.
The date range filter for Daily Schedules and Actual Hours grids in the Relationship Management Module didn’t include the full end date properly (was fine in the Schedule Review module).
Fixed an issue with using a single quote in the name search in the Find Area
Fixed an error with certain Scenarios in the Messaging Module
Authorizations:
Generating a report on a single authorization wasn’t displaying the client’s date of birth/age at the top of the report.
Using the Quick Add for Authorizations (Contracts) wasn’t automatically adding in a selected Payer to the Client as a Possible Payer when not already in the Client’s Relationships.
Schedules and Calendars:
Fixed a few context menu options that weren’t working when the calendar was in the detailed “classic” style.
Fixed a display issue of Unavailable time on the Big Picture Report where a Day-Specific availability record marked as not a “work day” was showing the wrong hours.
Hour Code not being selected properly when choosing the client in a new schedule and it auto-selects their only authorization, which is not set to “Both Billing and Payroll”.
Changing the Authorization on a schedule wasn’t immediately updating the Duties to Perform in real time while editing.
Fixed an issue with funny characters appearing at the end of a long call type on an emailed calendar in Web Page format.
The total hours in the top of day heading on the calendar wasn’t correct when a schedule entirely spanned a full day.
Tasks and Appointments were being shown in red on Big Picture report as if they were missing a caregiver.
Double clicking on a Daily Overtime warning to get more information would also include hours for the next day if the current schedule ended exactly at midnight.
Fixed a display issue with the “Classic” style calendar that could cause some over-midnight schedules to not be drawn on the calendar when the height of the day on the calendar is very small.
Fixed an issue with selecting an entire day to make Unavailable in the Availability tool.
Attributes weren’t saving correctly on Event Reminder configurations.
Telephony:
“Confirm Auto Fix” tool in telephony inadvertently had its caption blanked out.
Client having the same phone number on their profile twice was causing “Multi-Phone” errors even if no one else had that number.
Security
“Limit to Managed By” edit restrictions didn’t affect the Copy/Paste/Remove Caregiver options in the calendar context menu.
“Limit to Managed By” edit restriction only applied on opening the schedule, so it was possible to add and save a caregiver that you don’t manage into a schedule. This is now enforced on save.
Restricted Option error on Chat under profile menu
Restricted Option error in Daily Schedules under Scheduling in Relationships Management module.
Restricted Option error checking Skills in the Client Care Plan screen.
Better failure messages on Identity account login
Messaging Module
Default scenario was still “My Active Conversations” when most people do not have access to this. (Usually texting via agency office number.) Changed to “Active Office Conversations”.
Removed obsolete “People with Mobile Security” scenarios.
Reporting
Improved report for the “Generate Report” option for Web Application Questions attached to a Client Inquiry or Caregiver Application.
Fixed an issue with generating the Care Plan Report in the Client Module where the tab was saved in a favorite layout.
ICD-9/10 Diagnosis code boxes on the Form 485 report now labelled simply “ICD” instead of “ICD-9” (obsolete).
Using the “Additional Columns” advanced feature to add more data columns into a grid was disabling the checkbox column in the grid.
Fixed an issue with generating Invoice reports from within the Relationship Management Module.
Generating a report from the list of a person’s relationships wasn’t displaying the correct information if the oldest existing relationship was added from another person’s perspective.
QuickBooks:
When fixing validation errors prior to exporting to QuickBooks Online, if a payer’s External ID was missing/invalid you would be prompted to fix that payer as many times as that payer had invoices to export, instead of once for the payer.
Exporting invoices to QuickBooks with a Payer QB ID override specified on the client’s possible payer now takes precedence even when the “Switch Payer to Client” option is enabled.
- Home Care Pulse
- Fixed an issue with exporting a Client’s cell phone as their primary phone when that was their only contact
- When only syncing selected clients from the Export Module, don’t perform any removal/deactivation of anyone that isn’t selected in the export.
- If the Client’s Responsible Party has no phone number, the responsible party information is not exported.
Home Care Pulse exports now only include the first phone number on a person’s profile (including responsible party) in the export instead of exporting multiple numbers with a semi-colon separator.
Fixed an issue with adding the contact individual as an emergency contact as well when making a Client Inquiry potential.
Fixed an issue where turning a Caregiver Application into a Potential caregiver was duplicating the link for an already existing person.
Added a five second lockout on the “Send” button when sending emails, so double-clicking the button doesn’t send multiple copies of the email.
- Fixed a background issue that caused calculating payroll to be very slow for some people.
