iOS App Feature List

This document lists all the available features to the HomeTrak Companion Mobile app that is available for any iPhone or iPad running iOS 6.1 and above. You must be using the HomeTrak Companion hosted solution to make use of this app.

  • Find/view/edit a person's profile and attached items, including:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Category
    • Gender
    • Take profile photo using device camera or choose from photos
    • Capture Employer signature
    • Relationships
      • Emergency Contacts
      • Individuals
      • Organization
    • Communication Items
    • Status
    • General Notes and Office Notes
    • Classifications
    • Characteristics
    • Extra Information
    • Intake (Participant)
    • Skills
    • Pop-Up Alerts
    • Referral (read only)
    • SSN and Birthday are NOT visible in the app for security
  • Calendars
    • Month view, Week view, Day view
    • View, add and edit schedules, tasks, appointments, case notes
    • Edit:
      • Choose Job Detail (Schedule)
      • Scheduled time/hours
      • Category (Tasks, Appointments, Case Notes
      • Client/Primary Person
      • Location (Based on primary person)
      • Caregiver/Other People
      • Change Status (e.g. Active, Cancelled)
    • Use Participant Suggestion on schedules
    • Add/Edit event attached items:
      • Notes
      • Case notes (Attach to Schedule)

PARTICIPANT LOGIN

  • View own profile (read-only)
  • View own calendar and schedules (read-only)
  • Cannot view employers' or other participants' profiles

CLIENT LOGIN

  • View own profile (read-only)
  • View own calendar and schedules (read-only)
  • Cannot view participants' or other employers' profiles.
