This document lists all the available features to the HomeTrak Companion Mobile app that is available for Android Phones and Tablets. You must be using the HomeTrak Companion hosted solution to make use of this app.

- View own profile and calendar from main screen.
- Current Notices (icon on main screen).
- Messaging to office (if enabled on Mobile Security profile)
- Add new people to the system.
- Find/view/edit a person's profile and attached items, including:
- Name
- Address
- Category
- Gender
- Take profile picture using your devices camera
- Relationships:
- Individuals
- Emergency Contacts
- Organization
- Status
- Communication items (phone, email, etc.)
- Notes and Office Notes
- Languages
- Home Health Evaluation
- Care Plan
- Characterstics
- Classifications
- Skills
- Pop-Up Alerts
- Preferred Districts (Caregiver)
- Referral (read only)
- Note: SSN or Date of Birth are NOT visible anywhere in the app for additional security/privacy.

- Edit:
- Choose Authorization (Schedule)
- Scheduled time/hours
- Category (Tasks, Appointments, Documented Events)
- Extra Information (Tasks, Appointments, Documented Events)
- Location (Based on primary person)
- Status (Open, Cancelled, Office Alert, Complete)
- Use Caregiver Suggestion on schedules
- View map/directions for selected schedule
- Add/Edit/Delete event attached items:

CAREGIVER LOGIN
