Android App Feature List

This document lists all the available features to the HomeTrak Companion Mobile app that is available for Android Phones and Tablets. You must be using the HomeTrak Companion hosted solution to make use of this app.

MAIN FEATURES

  • View own profile and calendar from main screen.
  • Current Notices (icon on main screen).
  • Schedule Clock In Status (icon on main screen shows count of caregiver no clock ins)
  • Messaging to office (if enabled on Mobile Security profile)
  • Add new people to the system.
  • Find/view/add/edit a person or organization's profile and attached items, including:
    • Name
    • Address
    • Category
    • Gender
    • Take profile picture using your devices camera
    • Capture Client GPS location
    • Relationships:
      • Individuals
      • Emergency Contacts
      • Organization
      • Possible Payers (Client)
    • Status
    • Communication items (phone, email, etc.)
    • Notes and Office Notes
    • Required Dates
    • Languages
    • Home/Health Evaluation

    • Note: SSN or Date of Birth are NOT visible anywhere in the app for additional security/privacy.

      • Choose Authorization (Schedule)
      • Scheduled time/hours
      • Category (Tasks, Appointments, Documented Events)
      • Extra Information (Tasks, Appointments, Documented Events)
      • Location (Based on primary person)
      • Status (Open, Cancelled, Office Alert, Complete)
    • Use Caregiver Suggestion on schedules
    • View map/directions for selected schedule
    • Add/Edit/Delete event attached items:

      • Tasks to Perform (view only, based on Auth/Client Duties to Perform)

CAREGIVER LOGIN

  • View own profile (read-only)
  • View own calendar and schedules (read-only)
    • Ability to clock in and record time using the app - verified with GPS (must be enabled by the office from Companion)
    • Ability to add Tasks Performed to schedules.
    • Ability to add Care Notes to schedules.
    • Ability to capture Client’s signature to verify tasks performed
  • Cannot view client or other caregivers' profiles.
  • Messaging to office (if enabled on Mobile Security profile)

CLIENT LOGIN

  • View own profile (read-only)
  • View own calendar and schedules (read-only)
  • Cannot view caregiver or other clients' profiles.
  • Messaging to office (if enabled on Mobile Security profile)
