There are numerous ways to remove or change actual hours information entered in a schedule. Let's look at the options:
Method 1 - From the Actual Hours Module (Enter Actual Information):
Pre-requisite 1: To use the Edit tools, you must have data loaded on the grid.
Option 1 - Edit tool (in the toolbar) - allows you to edit the actual hour information for a highlighted schedule. In the Enter Actual Information grid, click on the schedule for which you want to change or remove the actual information. Click the Edit tool in the toolbar.
- The Enter Actual Information screen will open; schedule information is displayed in the upper portion of the screen and the actual information is entered in the lower half of the screen. Make any necessary changes to the actual information, and click Save.
NOTE: Extra Charge information can also be edited using this option.
Option 2 - Edit Schedule tool (in the ribbon) - allows you to edit the actual hour information for a highlighted schedule. In the Enter Actual Information grid, click on the schedule for which you want to change or remove the actual information. Click the Edit Schedule tool in the ribbon.
- The Setup a Schedule screen will open; the actual information currently entered for the schedule is displayed in the lower part of the screen, in the 'When did this schedule actually occur?' section. Make any necessary changes, and click Save.
NOTE: To remove the hours, enter 0.00
- Extra Charge information can also be edited using this option.

Method 2 - Edit a schedule, in any Schedule Module:
Pre-requisite 1: Schedule has actual information entered but it has not been finalized.
In the Setup a Schedule screen, the actual information currently entered for the schedule is displayed in the lower part of the screen in the 'When did this schedule actually occur?' section; Make any necessary changes, and click Save.
NOTE: To remove the hours, enter 0.00
Method 3 - Remove Actual Hours or Extra Charge information:
Pre-requisite 1: Schedule has actual information entered but it has not been finalized.
Pre-requisite 2: To use the Remove tools, you must have data loaded on the Enter Actual Information grid.
This method allows you to remove actual hour or extra charge information for the checked schedules.
In the Enter Actual Information grid, confirm that all schedules from which you want to remove information are displayed on the grid and that the checkmark column for these schedules contains a checkmark.
NOTE: If an item in the grid is not checked it will not be affected.
Click on the File Menu in the upper left of the screen and click on the appropriate tool to remove actual hours or selected extra charges. A prompt will ask if you are sure you want to remove the information; in most cases you will want to click Yes.
You will be returned to the Enter Actual Information grid and the information will have been removed.
NOTE: Repeat for each type of actual hours or extra charge information you wish to remove.
