A Documented Event is any type of event you need to record and report on. Documented Events can play two roles:

  • for documenting significant events (good or bad) involving clients and/or caregivers, and
  • as a marketing tool to document the minutes of a meeting or conversation with referral sources.

A Documented Event appear in the profiles of all parties involved. You can run robust reports on documented events.
