A Case Note is any type of event you need to record and report on. Documented Events can play two roles:
for documenting significant events (good or bad) involving Employers and/or Participants, and
as a marketing tool to document the minutes of a meeting or conversation with referral sources.
A Case Note will appear in the profiles of all parties involved. You can run robust reports on case notes.

Choose the appropriate category when creating case notes to ensure accurate data measurements in your Documented Events reports. (The Documented Events report can be sorted by Category.)
Who else was involved?
Add all parties involved in this event so the case note will appear in their profile(s).
Notes
If you need to provide more detail about this case note than the explanation field allows, add a Note. Notes are date- and time-stamped.
