as a marketing tool to document the minutes of a meeting or conversation with referral sources.

A Documented Event Case Note will appear in the profiles of all parties involved. You can run robust reports on documented eventscase notes.

Important fields to use when creating a Documented EventCase Note:

Field	Why It's Important
Category	Choose the appropriate category when creating documented events case notes to ensure accurate data measurements in your Documented Events reports. (The Documented Events report can be sorted by Category.)
Who else was involved?	Add all parties involved in this event so the documented event case note will appear in their profile(s).
Notes	If you need to provide more detail about this documented event case note than the explanation field allows, add a Note. Notes are date- and time-stamped.
