Beta Programs

The main aim of our beta program is to test software changes and innovations in a “real world” environment.

EXPECTATIONS OF HOMETRAK BETA PARTICIPANT

WE EXPECT THAT YOU WILL:

• Spend at least a few hours using the new features you are testing
• Report any issues or software bugs you experience
• Assist us with solving reported bugs
• Install any updates that are released during the beta test
• Not release any information on the beta product unless approved by HomeTrak
• Understand that this is not a finished product
• Allow HomeTrak support or developers access to your computer, so that we can diagnose and/or fix any problems
