Relationships

For every person and organization that touches your business, there is a relationship. These are the main types of relationships that your office will enter into:

Primary Types of People/Organizations Related to your Office
EmployersThese are your customers: the people you are going to visit and establish a working relationship with in order for them to employ participants.
ParticipantsThese are the people who receive services you provide. They will fill the jobs required from the Employers.
Office StaffThese are the people who work in your office.
 
OrganizationsThese are the companies that you hope to turn into Active Employers, they are Potential employers. They may also be companies that send you business (Referral Sources), or companies that you have other dealings with. 
PayersThese are the companies that you are going to bill.
ContactsThese are individual people that you know, who are not associated with an Organization.

To add a new relationship to your office, open the correct module referenced above and click on the Add button next to the Scenarios menu in the Find Area. Fill in the appropriate data and click Save.


HomeTrak Companion also allows users to connect an infinite number of people and organizations to one another, establishing relationships between them.

Other Types of Relationships that can be Added to People and Organizations in the System
Emergency ContactsThese are the primary contact individuals if there is an emergency or other incident with a Participant or Employer.
IndividualsThese are other individuals (such as family members or medical care providers) related to a person.
Organization (Associated With)These are organizations related to the person (such as a facility that a Participant lives in).
Possible PayersThese are the people or organizations who will be paying for the services for a particular Client.
ManagersThese are the Office Staff employees responsible for managing a particular Participant or Employer.

To add a new relationship to a person or organization, select the person or organization in the appropriate module, click on the HomePage button or tab, then click on the Relationships option. Click the Add button and choose the type of relationship you are adding. Fill in the appropriate data and click Save.
