OFFICE STAFF

Profiles

  • Search for and display all types of people in the system. 
    • Search matches the Find Area of the Companion desktop application.
    • Use same Filter and Search options to narrow down the list as the desktop application.
    • Has similar "Cardstyle" view of basic contact information as Companion desktop application.
  • View (Read-only, no add/edit/delete in current version) most demographic information on profiles (Status, Communication, Languages, Classifications, etc.).

Scheduling

  • Can view calendars for all people in the system.
  • Schedule Verify grid shows basic Schedule information for selected person, including whether the Schedule has any attached Attributes.
  • Can review and update availability.
  • All events are Read-only in current version.

Reporting

  • Schedule Review grid (all schedules)
  • Schedule Clock-In Status 
  • Most of the Excel-style "Flex Grid" reports from the Companion desktop application are available in the Reporting area.
    • Grid data can be grouped, filtered, and sorted similar to the desktop application.
  • View any Saved Reports attached for Mobile Viewing to a person or organization.


CAREGIVERS

Scheduling

  • Can view own calendar and see Schedules, Tasks and Appointments.
    • Can record Duties Performed and Care Notes on Schedules (within one day of Schedule's start time).
    • Can capture verification signature from Client for Duties Performed (best on mobile device).
    • Can record Clock-In and Clock-Out on schedules using GPS (if Location Services is enabled on mobile device).
  • Schedule Verify grid shows basic Schedule information for selected person, including whether the Schedule has any attached Attributes.
  • Can review and update their availability.
  • Except as outlined above, all information is Read-Only.

CLIENTS

Scheduling

  • Can view own calendar and see Schedules, Tasks, and Appointments.
  • All information is Read-only.
