GPS Troubleshooting
Problem
Click on the icon, and you receive the message : You are #### meters out of range.
Solution
- Make sure your GPS is enabled. To do this, view Google maps and see if it pin points your current location.
- Go outside and try again. If you are by tall buildings, or under dense foliage, this will affect accuracy.
- Stand still for 15 seconds, then try again.
- Click on the map button to view your gps location and the location of where the software thinks the clients home is.
Problem
Click on the icon, and you receive the message : You are ### minutes to early or too late
Solution
You will need to call the office, and have the change the schedule time to match the current time.
