Quick Access Tools

Update Attached Schedule

For a completed E-TimeCard, update the attached Schedule with the information from the E-TimeCard and open the attached Schedule.

Create Schedule

Create a new Schedule in the system based on the E-TimeCard's information. Use this to create a Schedule from the E-TimeCard where a Caregiver clocked in for a Client visit that was not previously on their calendar.

Open Attached Schedule

For a completed E-TimeCard, open the attached Schedule.

View Modification History of manual changes to this E-TimeCard.

Time Card

Useful editing tools for manipulating the E-TimeCard.

Possible Clients

List clients that have schedules within 12 hours of the start time of the E-TimeCard, clients with the phone number of the original call or clients with an attached organization that has that number.

Possible Caregivers

List caregivers that have schedules within 12 hours of the start time of the E-TimeCard or caregivers having a similar ID code.

Overlaps

Display any E-TimeCards that overlap with this one. Overlaps are conflicting E-TimeCards for the same Caregiver that have a time overlap. Overlaps are usually caused by manual adjustments to E-TimeCards.

Paste Start to End

Copy the Start Time of this E-TimeCard into the End Time field.

Paste End to Start

Copy the End Time of this E-TimeCard into the Start Time field.

Clear Start Time

Clear the Start Time field of the E-TimeCard.

Clear End Time

Clear the End Time field of the E-TimeCard.

Display Schedules for

These tools are useful for attempting to determine what schedule an E-TimeCard should have been for, when the system failed to match it automatically, or if the caregiver visited the client without a schedule already existing in the system.

Current Client

Display all schedules for the currently selected client within 12 hours of the E-TimeCard's start or end time.

Current Caregiver

Display all schedules for the currently selected caregiver within 12 hours of the E-TimeCard's start or end time.

Around Start Time

Display all schedules starting near the start time of the E-TimeCard.

All Schedules

Display all relevant schedules within about a day of the E-TimeCard's start or end time.

Original Phone Number

These tools are useful when the system cannot find a Client matching the original phone number from the raw call(s).

Add Phone to Client

Add the phone number from the original raw call to the currently selected Client's profile.

Anyone who has it

Search the system for anyone that has the original phone number from the raw call attached to their profile and display a list of the results.

Search for the phone number in an online reverse phone number lookup tool.

Search Google

Search for the phone number using the online Google search page.
