Completed Visits Report
The Completed Visits report will list all of the completed visits for a specified period of time. The report can be run for a single caregiver, selected caregivers or all caregivers or for a single client, selected clients or all clients.
When executing this report you identify the period of time that the report covers. The information included in the report will be the completed visits that took place during the specified period of time. Completed visits are Completed E-TimeCards that have been matched to and updated a schedule with actual hours.
The report produced will display the client name, caregiver name, Start of Call, End of Call, hours, Minutes, Original Phone, Call Type, Sch Date, Sch Start, Sch Hrs, Start Seconds, End Seconds and Tasks.
