Task Sets Telephony Feature

The Task Sets Telephony feature will allow you to setup groups of tasks into Task Sets. This could save your caregiver time on the phone when signing off Tasks Performed. If using only tasks without task sets the caregiver will need to enter all task codes they completed individually on the end of visit call. With Task Sets they can enter one task code and it will indicate that all of the tasks within that task set were completed.

NOTE: Task Set codes should not overlap with your Task (Care Plan Duty to Perform) codes. If a Task Set and a Task (Duty to Perform) have the same code, then HomeTrak companion will indicate all of the tasks associated with the Task Set on the resulting E-TimeCard.

For example: you could have the following individual individual tasks created in the Care Plan Duties to Perform list in the User Defined Information Module:

If these tasks are intended to be performed together, you can create a Task Set that groups all of these items under a single code. Create the new Task Set in the User Defined Information Module and set its code and choose the individual tasks (Duties to Perform) to include in the set.

When the caregiver is placing an end of visit call using Telephony and they are prompted to enter task codes, if the caregiver entered 9001 as the task code they are indicating that they have completed the task set 9001 which consisted of the tasks of Hair Care (0141), Nail Care (0142), Oral Care (0140) and Skin Care (0145), and all of these individual tasks will be attached to the resulting E-TimeCard and recorded against the Schedule as the Tasks Performed.
