What is an IVR System?
IVR stands for Interactive Voice Response. An IVR system allows a computer to interact with humans using a telephone system, by allowing the user to listen to the prompts from the system and indicate their responses via the telephone keypad.
What does HomeTrak's IVR System allow you to do?
Using the HomeTrak IVR System, caregivers can directly accept open schedules they have been sent (via the Pending Caregivers feature). They can also listen to and confirm their upcoming future schedules.
Allowing caregivers to directly accept pending schedules via the IVR system rather than calling the office is convenient and requires less work from your office staff to fill schedules. Your staff can monitor the schedules yet to be filled using the Calendars and Schedule Review module.
