Benchmarking KPIs

HomeCare Pulse performs an annual benchmarking study with participating home care customers to track certain sets of key performance indicators.

While many of these benchmark indicators can be found in various existing analysis reports, to help provide this information for our customers that are also HomeCare Pulse customers participating in the benchmarking study, HomeTrak has created and provided a custom layout for the Achievements flex grid that changes the data and appearance of this grid to provide the benchmarking numbers in one place.

To run this report:

1. From the Main Module Reporting menu, select the Achievements (View and Graph) tool (under Reporting > Analysis > Achievements).
2. Set the desired date range for the date using the date filters on the left hand side of the screen.
3. Before loading the grid data, open the custom layout by clicking on the Open button under the Layout menu tool on the toolbar above the grid.
4. Select the layout named "Benchmark" to load the data into the grid.
