Caregiver Instruction Cards

To assist caregivers in performing their time verification via telephony, HomeTrak Companion provides a useful Instruction Card report in the Printed Reports Module, Caregiver tab. 

The Instruction Card includes the information that the caregiver needs to call in to the telephony system, including the toll-free telephony number to call and their six digit ID code to enter.

The telephony number and any additional instructions on the end of call are based on the Telephony setup in the Agency Office Module.

NOTE: Telephony Instruction Card and Name Badge reports can be printed using two different layouts:

• Small Card  3.5" x 2.165" (Avery 5390)
• Large Card    4" x 3"        (Avery 5392)

If you print both reports using the same layout size you can then laminate them back to back.
