Report Details
The following are instructions on how to customize the Status Screen Report to show the number of Active Clients added in a specific year.
start here....
From the Main screen go to Reporting and click Screen Reports.
- Next, click Clients then Status on the ribbon.
- Set the Date Range for the entire year. Start Date - Jan. 1st, xxxx and the End Date - Dec. 31st, xxxx
- Set the Filter for Status to ACTIVE Only. (Remove all other filters)
- Click View Data to load the grid.
- Click the Layout drop-down, then click Show, then Filtering.
- Go to the Status Type column and set the column filter to Active.
The total at the bottom of the screen will be the total number of Clients added in the year.
Note you can run this report for any specific Date Range.
