Found in Agency Office Module, Home tab, Settings tool, Calendar Export Options tab.

FieldDescription
Default ContentDefault calendar content to include when printing or emailing calendars. (Can override when generating calendars.)
Send ToEmail type to send calendars to when emailing.
Note to Include on Client CalendarsExtra text to include below the printed calendar (or emailed calendar in PDF format) when generating Client calendars.
Note to Include on Caregiver CalendarsExtra text to include below the printed calendar (or emailed calendar in PDF format) when generating Caregiver calendars.
Note to Include on Office Staff CalendarsExtra text to include below the printed calendar (or emailed calendar in PDF format) when generating Office Staff calendars.
