QuickBooks Online - Locating your Company ID

  1. In your QuickBooks Online account, click on your company name (next to the gear icon) in the top right of the screen. Then choose 

    Account and Settings under the Your Company heading.

  2. You will find your Company Code on the top of the Billing and Subscription section of the Account and Settings.
  3. Copy and paste this code into the relevant field in the QuickBooks Online setup screen within HomeTrak Companion. Do not remove the extra spaces between the numbers, they will be removed automatically.
