What do the Schedule Status Mean?
Schedule Status | Description of Schedule Status |
---|---|
No Actual | These schedules need actual hours and finalized before they show in billing or payroll. |
Actualized | These schedules are ready to be finalized. They will not show in billing and/or payroll. |
Finalized | These schedule are ready for billing and/or payroll. |
Billing Calculated | These schedules billing has been calculated but they have not been posted yet. |
Billing Posted | These schedules billing has been completed waiting to be processed in payroll. |
Payroll Calculated | These schedules payroll has been calculated but they have not been posted yet. |
Payroll Posted | These schedules payroll has been completed waiting to be processed in billing. |
Cancelled | These schedules will not show in payroll or billing. |
Cancelled, Actualized | These schedules will not show in payroll or billing. The schedule was Actualized then Cancelled. |
Cancelled, Finalized | These schedules will no show in payroll or billing. The schedule was Finalized then Cancelled. |
Complete (No Bill, No Pay) | These schedules will not show in either billing or payroll (vacation or time off). |
Complete Billing (No Pay) | These schedules are Bill Only, billing has been completed no payroll to process. |
Complete Payroll (No Billing) | These schedules are Pay Only, payroll has been completed no billing to process. |
Completely Posted | Both billing and payroll have been processed and completed. |
