Verify that All schedules are being viewed

In the Schedule Review module In HomeTrak Companion, schedule information is viewed in a grid format in the Main Display portion of the screen.

Whenever schedule information appears in the Main Display grid format, you have the ability to set filter criteria to limit which schedules are displayed in the grid. 

To view all schedules in the Main Display grid:

Verify you have selected the appropriate Scenario(s).

Verify that Start and End Dates reflect the correct date range for the schedules you wish to view.

Ensure that no filtering is being applied: 

In the filter section of the Find Area, the Call Types, Schedule Statuses and Attributes panels should have no information appearing in brackets indicating if these items are being filtered. In the people section of the Find Area where people or organizations are listed, make sure that the Advanced Filter box does not contain a checkmark (this will ensure that you are not filtering people by any Advanced Filter options). You may also need to ensure this section of the Find Area is in multi-select mode (with a checkbox appearing beside each name).

Click the View data tool in the grid toolbar to load the grid with the schedules that fit the specified criteria.

 

NOTE: If you change the filter criteria, remember to click the View data button in the toolbar to load the Main Display grid with information based on the new criteria.
