What do The Error Messages mean?
Authorization | |
---|---|
Authorization Invalid for Selected Date | The date of the schedule falls outside the start and end dates of the authorization. An active authorization must be selected to save the schedule. |
Hours Outside of Rate Package Standard Hours | The length of the schedule falls outside of a standard hours range for the selected rate package. Billing or Payroll rate adjustments may apply. |
No Authorization Selected | No Contract (Authorization) has been selected. An active authorization must be selected to save the schedule. |
Over Authorized Hours | The client has been scheduled more than the maximum hours authorized for this period. |
Caregiver | |
Caregiver Daily Overtime | The caregiver will have overtime calculated on this day when payroll is processed. |
Caregiver does not have Holiday Coverage | The date of the schedule falls on a holiday, and the caregiver's holiday coverage option on their profile is not checked. |
Caregiver End Bumper Conflict | The time between the end of this schedule and the start of the next schedule for this caregiver is less than the 'Bumper Minutes' setting in Date/Time Settings in the Agency Office Module. |
Caregiver Not Active | The caregiver does not have an Active status at the time of the schedule. The caregiver must be active to save the schedule. |
Caregiver Not Available at this Time on this DOW | The caregiver is not available to work at this time on this day of week. (Day-specific availability) |
Caregiver Not Available on this Date | The caregiver is not available to work on this specific date or time. (Date-Specific availability) |
Caregiver Not Available on this DOW | The caregiver is not available to work on this day of week. (Working Days availability) |
Caregiver Not Qualified | The caregiver does not possess the required Qualification to perform this service. |
Caregiver Over-Scheduled | The caregiver has been scheduled more than the maximum hours per week on their profile. |
Caregiver Schedule Conflict | This schedule overlaps another schedule for the selected caregiver. |
Caregiver Start Bumper Conflict | The time between the start of this schedule and the end of the previous schedule for this caregiver is less than the 'Bumper Minutes' setting in Date/Time Settings in the Agency Office Module. |
Caregiver Weekly Overtime | The caregiver will have overtime calculated for this week when payroll is processed. |
Expired Mandatory Required Dates | One or more mandatory required dates on the caregiver's profile are expired. |
Insufficient Critical Skills (Auth) | The caregiver does not possess one or more Critical Skills required by the Contract (Authorization). |
Insufficient Critical Skills (Client) | The caregiver does not possess one or more Critical Skills required by the Client. |
No Caregiver Selected | No caregiver has been selected. |
Travel Time After Schedule | Travel time will be calculated to the next schedule. Note: This warning may not appear if the time between schedules is less than the 'Optimal Minutes Between Schedules' setting in the Schedule Settings in the Agency Office Module. |
Travel Time Prior to Schedule | Travel time will be calculated from the previous schedule. Note: This warning may not appear if the time between schedules is less than the 'Optimal Minutes Between Schedules' setting in the Schedule Settings in the Agency Office Module. |
