What is an Identity?

A HomeTrak Identity username provides a single login that works for both the HomeTrak Companion desktop application as well as the HomeTrak Mobile apps for Android and iOS and the HomeTrak Online web portal, without requiring the use of complicated access keys to connect to your database.

Using Identity, a single username can also be attached to multiple Agency Offices and/or databases allowing users for franchises or other larger companies with multiple offices in different locations to easily access all of their information without requiring separate usernames or access keys to access different offices or databases.

Identity accounts can be set up and used on Cloud-hosted databases only.

Technical/Additional Information

Minimum Password Length: 7 characters

Security Questions: Users will be prompted to set up three security questions in order to retrieve a lost password. Security question answers must be at least 4 characters in length.

Account Lockout: 30 minutes after 6 failed logins. Lockout released upon successful password reset.
